Fyne Pioneer, Loch Fyne

Site Name: High Rock - Loch Fyne

Dive Site Info

High Rock is a pinnacle from 10-50m. Its south east face slopes steeply to a mud/shingle bottom. Divers can see both fragilis and negra brittle stars, a variety of sea squirts, and dead man's fingers as well as most of the usual suspects when it comes to Loch Fyne's diverse pelagic life.

When to dive

High Rock is diveable at any state of the tide, however it is best to avoid springs if possible due to the exposed nature of the site.
